Join us in Truvy’s small-town Chinquapin Parish, Louisiana beauty parlor where all the ladies who are “anybody” come to have their hair done, and where wisecracks and advice are dispensed as freely as hairspray. This stage and film classic brings some of your favorite characters to life–Ouiser, Clairee, Annelle, and social leader M’Lynn, whose daughter Shelby is about to get married. Sharp, whitty, funny dialogue with a deeply moving conclusion.
CAST OF CHARACTERS:
TRUVY JONES— Owner of the beauty shop.
ANNELLE DUPUY-DESOTO— Beauty shop assistant.
