GET INVOLVED
JOIN THE GUILD
The ABET Guild is a support group – free to join and open to all. Guild members are involved in various areas throughout the season, including the box office, opening night receptions, the website, and with special projects, such as our annual Extravaganza and New Chair Drive.
VOLUNTEER
Many jobs require only the willingness to help, and we can show you what to do. Opportunities include :
- Lighting | Design lighting and/or run light board
- Sound | Design sound and/or operate sound board
- Sound Effects | Help gather and/or run
- Set Crew | Help with set construction, decorating, and painting
- Props | Gather needed items
- Costumes | Obtain and/or produce clothing; help dress and accessorize
- Stage Manager | Assist the director during rehearsals and “run” the show by calling cues during performances
LEND FURNITURE AND PROPS
We try to borrow set furniture and props, rather than buy or rent them. Let us know if you are willing to lend items for an individual production. We’ll add your name to our list and contact you when we are looking for specific items.
