THE ACT features a talented nine-member cast, but the show about a one-woman show really belongs to Paschal. She is on stage singing and dancing throughout the show. Paschal successfully embodies Garland and Minnelli’s styles on stage while adding her unique signature.
- TAMARA McCLARAN, Shorelines | READ FULL REVIEW…Peg (Paschal) was absolutely at her best in two slow very dreamy ballads, “There When I Need Him” and “My Own Space”. With these songs, Peg was able to display the richness and quality of her fine voice.

ABOUT KANDER & EBB
JOHN KANDER and FRED EBB are renowned for having written some of the most memorable songs for Broadway “divas” in the last 40 years.
Besides THE ACT, some of their best known Broadway musicals include CABARET with Jill Haworth on stage and Liza Minnelli on film, WOMAN OF THE YEAR with Lauren Bacall, THE RINK with Liza Minnelli, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN with Chita Rivera and CHICAGO with Gwen Verdon and Chita Rivera.
Film credits include the score to FUNNY LADY, the sequel to Funny Girl starring Barbra Streisand, and the score to NEW YORK, NEW YORK, with the title song from that film becoming a hit for both Liza Minnelli and Frank Sinatra.
Kander and Ebb were the longest running song writing partnership in Broadway musical history. They first collaborated in 1962 and remained a team until Ebb’s death in 2004.
